Typar® Weather Protection System Accessories
Typar® Flashing Flex is a conformable, flexible, composite peel and stick flashing product. Based on a two-ply oriented high density polyethylene film, mated to a premium butyl rubber adhesive and release sheet. It is designed specifically to flash around arched windows and can be used in applications where three-dimensional conformability is required such as sill pans and plates. Typar® Construction Tape is a strong, coated polypropylene film that seals seams and edges of housewrap to ensure the integrity of the building envelope. It’s ideal for sealing seams around window flanges, sill plates, corners and joints to improve air and moisture holdout. Typar Construction Tape is also designed to repair rips, punctures and tears in weather resistant barriers. Typar® Peel & Stick Window Flashing is a premium butyl flashing using Typar’s proven weather-resistant barrier and sealant technology. It has superior adhesion properties and is self sealing around nails and screws, making it the perfect choice for flashing all types of fenestrations.
